2. The certification center shall provide relevant public documents according to the needs of the applicant.

The certification center shall, from the date of receiving the application materials of the applicant, make a decision on accepting, rejecting or accepting after improvement within 30 days after the contract review, and notify the entrusting party (auditee). Ensure that certification requirements are clearly defined, recorded and understood; The difference of understanding between the certification center and the applicant has been resolved; Certification institutions have the ability to certify the scope of certification, business premises and some special requirements, such as the language used by the applicant; When necessary, the certification center requires the auditee to supplement the materials and explanations.
4. Both parties sign a quality system certification contract.
When a specific certification plan or certification requirement needs to be explained, the representative of the certification center is responsible for explaining it according to the documents approved by the accreditation body and releasing it to the relevant parties.
5. The information received will be used to prepare for on-site audit and evaluation. The certification center promises confidentiality and safekeeping.

3. Give priority to all kinds of activities organized by the Center, such as scientific and technological exchanges, academic exchanges, training, seminars, forums, expositions, product promotion, achievement promotion, appraisal and commendation, etc.
4. Assist enterprises to apply for China products, national products, quality system and environmental label certification.
5. The evaluation enterprise is listed as the key protection unit of the center. For counterfeiting and infringement in the process of production and operation, the center will send personnel to conduct follow-up spot checks as appropriate, assist relevant departments to solve problems for enterprises, coordinate relevant news media to provide public opinion assistance, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises.
