I vaccines, their use and management

1. Inoculate according to the technical management standard of planned immunization, in strict accordance with the immunization procedures and the guidelines for various biological products formulated by superiors (the first category is the national immunization plan vaccine, and the second category is the self-funded vaccine), and the number of inoculation objects and times shall not be expanded at will.

2, the vaccine according to the city → district (city) county → community inoculation point unified order of all kinds of biological products supply, in accordance with the provisions of the temperature conditions and requirements of storage, record the refrigerator temperature twice a day.

3. Temperature requirements for vaccine storage and transportation: Hepatitis B vaccine, BCG vaccine, DTP vaccine, inactivated Japanese encephalitis vaccine and meningococcal vaccine should be stored and transported at 2~8℃. Polio vaccine, measles vaccine, mumps vaccine and live attenuated Japanese encephalitis vaccine are transported at -20~8℃ and stored at -20℃ for more than 3 months; The storage period is less than 3 months, and it is stored at -20℃ or 2~8℃.

Third, the cold chain system and management

Cold chain equipment must be filed, kept by special personnel and installed and used in strict accordance with the requirements of the manual. It is forbidden to use cold chain equipment by staff unrelated to planned immunization. If any fault is found, it should be repaired in time, and the equipment that cannot be repaired or scrapped should be updated. Where the cold chain equipment is damaged due to improper management and operation, resulting in vaccine failure, the users and parties will be held accountable.

1. Establish a standardized vaccination clinic based on streets and communities, obtain a vaccination clinic certificate, and carry out daily, weekly, ten-day, monthly and bimonthly fixed-point vaccination.

2, vaccination personnel must undergo professional training in planned immunization, mount guard after passing the exam.

3. Follow three checks and eight pairs when inoculating. Three checks: check the vaccine and vaccination targets before, during and after vaccination; Eight pairs: name, sex, age, vaccination time, vaccine name, dosage, vaccination route and expiration date.

4. Consult health status before vaccination and strictly control contraindications.

5. Ensure safe injection during inoculation: use qualified disposable syringes, ensure one needle, one tube and one use for one person, recycle the damaged shape, and disinfect the environment regularly.
