The test of "Standard" should be organically combined with students' physical examination to avoid repeated tests. Students' "standard" test scores are recorded in the National Student Physical Health Standard Registration Card according to the evaluation grade, primary schools are included in the student growth records or student quality reports, and schools above junior high school are included in the student files (including electronic files) as an important basis for students' graduation and further studies. Those who pass the exam or above will be issued with certificates. The implementation of the standards is recorded in the teachers' teaching workload.

Three, students "standard" test scores reached good and above, can participate in the selection of "three good students" and get a scholarship; Only those who have achieved excellent results can get sports reward credits. Those who fail to pass the "standard" will be allowed to make up the exam once this school year. If the make-up exam is still unqualified, the "standard" score of this school year is regarded as failing. When students from ordinary high schools, secondary vocational schools and ordinary colleges and universities graduate, those whose standard test scores are lower than 50 points will be treated as dropping out of school.

Four, students due to illness or disability, can apply for exemption from the implementation of the "standard" to the school, which is proved by the medical unit and approved by the sports department, and can be exempted from the implementation of the "standard", and fill in the "exemption from execution"

Five, a good physical education class seriously, actively participate in sports activities, exercise for an hour every day, reward 5 points, included in the academic year "standard" total score.

Six, one of the following circumstances, the "standard" score for failing, the school year "standard" score of 59 points:

1.400m (50m× 8 round trip),1000m (male), 800m (female), and the step test results failed the evaluation index;

2. physical education class was absent from school for no reason, and the cumulative attendance in one school year exceeded110.

Seven, all localities and schools in the implementation of the "standard" to establish the guiding ideology of "safety first", improve the safety system, implement the safety responsibility system, strengthen the safety inspection of venues, equipment and equipment. We should conscientiously do a good job in the physical examination of students, and put off or exempt sick students.

8. Every year, all kinds of schools at all levels in China submit the test data of the standard at the corresponding level directly to the "National Student Physical Health Standard Data Management System" of the Ministry of Education through the China Student Physical Health Network. The data reporting time is from September 1 day to February 1 day, and the test data reporting tools and software are downloaded and used by the school on the China Student Physical Health Online for free.

Nine, higher vocational schools, with reference to the relevant requirements.

Ten, the Ministry of education announced every year the basic situation of the implementation of the "standard" in all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government; Every academic year, the scores of the "Standard" examination of freshmen in colleges and universities directly under the Ministry of Education are counted according to the location of the students, and published in all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government.

Eleven, local education and sports administrative departments of local schools at all levels to implement the "standard", should carefully check and supervise. It is necessary to incorporate the implementation of the Standards into the educational supervision content and evaluation index system of governments at all levels, and take it as the basic basis for the evaluation and commendation of schools at all levels. Those who practise fraud or engage in malpractices for selfish ends shall be given informed criticism; if the circumstances are serious, they shall be given administrative sanctions.

Twelve, in order to ensure the scientific and accurate test data of "Standard", the test equipment of "Standard" selected by all localities and schools must be products certified by relevant certification bodies recognized by CNCA.
