(1) Application Form for Registration of Individual Industrial and Commercial Households signed by the applicant (fill in the Application Registration Form for Individual Industrial and Commercial Households);
(2) Proof of employees (if the employees in this city operate, they must submit the household registration certificate, including the household registration book and ID card, as well as the relevant certificates of retired and other unemployed people; Personnel from other provinces and cities shall submit their ID cards, local temporary residence permits and family planning certificates for women of childbearing age; A photo.
(3) the certificate of business premises;
(4) proof of family members' relationship in the family business;
(5) Notice of name pre-approval;
(6) Relevant special certificates required by laws, regulations and policies.
Legal basis: Article 7 of the Provisional Regulations on the Registration and Administration of Individual Industrial and Commercial Households in Urban and Rural Areas stipulates that individuals or families applying for individual industrial and commercial operations shall apply to the local administrative department for industry and commerce for registration with the local household registration certificate and other relevant certificates, and can only start business after being approved by the county-level administrative department for industry and commerce.
Where the state stipulates that operators need to meet certain conditions or obtain approval from the competent department of industry, they shall submit relevant approval documents when applying for registration.
Applications for hotel business, lettering business, trust consignment business and printing business shall be examined and approved by the local public security organs.
