The PPT file displayed on WeChat official account is the demand of many people. There are two main ways to display PPT files in WeChat official account. One is static display, that is, the format of PPT-generated pictures is inserted into the official WeChat account, and the other is dynamic method, that is, the format of PPT-generated videos is inserted into the official WeChat account.
The method and steps are as follows:
First, static presentation
1. Open the PPT file, click Save As, select "Output as Picture Format", input as JPG format, select the save path, and then click "Save".
2. Select Save in the pop-up dialog box, and select "Each Slide" in the pop-up box. This operation is to save every slide in PPT as a picture.
3. Open WeChat WeChat official account, create a new picture message, click Multimedia on the right, insert a picture, and insert all the pictures generated by PPT into WeChat official account one by one. Click Preview to see the effect.
Second, dynamic display.
1. Open the PPT file, click Save As, select "Output as Video", the input video format is MP4 format, select the save path, and then click "Save".
2. Open WeChat official account, create a new graphic message, select Multimedia-Video, upload the generated video to WeChat official account, and click Save.
Note: If the video does not exceed 20M, it can be uploaded directly through the official WeChat account; If it exceeds 20M, you need to upload it to Tencent video first.
3. If the video exceeds 20M, you need to upload the video to Tencent Video first, log in to Tencent Video, click Upload Video, and select the generated video to upload.
4. After the upload is successful, check the audit results in video management. After the approval, click on the video and copy the URL in the opened webpage.
5. Operate on WeChat, click Multimedia-Video, select "Video URL" in the pop-up window, paste the copied URL, and click "OK" to finish.
