Measures for the declaration of occupational disease hazard projects
Article 1 In order to standardize the declaration of occupational hazards and strengthen the supervision and management of the occupational health work of the employing units, these Measures are formulated in accordance with the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases.
Article 2 Where an employer (except coal mine) has occupational disease hazards listed in the occupational disease catalogue, it shall timely and truthfully declare the hazardous items to the local safety production supervision and management department, and accept the supervision and management of the safety production supervision and management department. Measures for the declaration of occupational hazards in coal mines shall be formulated separately.
Article 3 The term "occupational hazard projects" as mentioned in these Measures refers to projects with occupational hazard factors. Occupational hazard factors are determined according to the Classification Catalogue of Occupational Hazard Factors.
