What are the differences and connections between healthy sub-health disease states?

Definition of health: The World Health Organization defines "health" as: health is not only the absence of disease or pain, but also a good physical, mental and social state, which depends on the coordination of internal structure and function of the body and the maintenance of internal environment stability by the regulatory system.

Definition of sub-health: There are three kinds of views, and there is little difference in essence.

(1) The World Health Organization calls it the "third state" which is neither health nor disease.

(2) The "intermediate state" between disease and health is called sub-health.

(3) Experts in disease control and health education call it "the transitional state between non-disease and unhealthy".
