How to calculate the weight?

The standard weight is generally calculated by body mass index (BMI), and BMI = weight (kg) divided by the square of height (m).

For example, a person's height is 1.75m and his weight is 68kg, and his body mass index = 68 ÷ (1.75 *1.75) = 22.2. The normal body mass index of adults in China should be between 18.5-23.9. If it is less than 18.5, it is a reduction; If it is greater than or equal to 24, it is overweight; If it is greater than or equal to 28, it is obesity.

Weight is one of the important signs to reflect and measure a person's health. Being too fat and too thin is not good for health, and the disharmony of height and weight will not give people beauty.

The change of weight will directly reflect the long-term heat balance of the body. You can refer to the body mass index to see if your weight exceeds the standard, because everyone's bone size is different, and a simple standard weight may not be suitable for you. You should find the weight that suits you best.

Male: (height cm-80) × 70 = standard weight Female: (height cm-70) × 60 = standard weight. Standard weight plus or minus 10% is normal weight; Standard weight plus or minus 10% ~ 20% is overweight or underweight; Plus or minus 20% of the standard weight is obese or underweight.
