Different treatment methods are that flue gas can be treated by bag dust collector, but voc can't.
Volatile organic waste gas (VOCs) in industrial enterprises can be divided into the following categories according to their sources:
1. coating waste gas: the main components are volatile organic compounds such as acetone, butanol, xylene, toluene, ethyl acetate, butyl acetate, etc., which are mainly produced in surface treatment enterprises such as painting.
2. Plastics and plastic waste gas: The main components are polymer monomers and other particles volatilized from plastics during heat treatment. Due to the complex composition of plastics, the waste gas mainly contains olefin plastic polymer monomers such as ethylene, propylene, styrene, acrylonitrile and butadiene, but the concentration is generally low and the air volume is large. The enterprises involved mainly include plastic granulation enterprises, chemical fiber production enterprises, injection molding enterprises and rubber production enterprises.
3. Set waste gas: the main components are aldehydes, ketones, hydrocarbons, fatty acids, alcohols, esters, lactones, heterocyclic compounds and aromatic compounds. The enterprises involved are mainly dyeing and finishing enterprises and chemical fiber production enterprises.
4. Chemical organic waste gas: mainly produced by chemical enterprises. The composition of waste gas has a great relationship with the types of chemical products designed and produced by chemical enterprises. Generally, purification, collection and treatment methods such as catalytic combustion technology are adopted.
5. Printing waste gas: the main components are toluene, non-methane, ethyl acetate, ethanol, etc. Volatile from ink. The enterprises involved are mainly enterprises with ink printing technology, such as packaging and printing companies.
Different organic waste gas components and concentrations are suitable for different organic waste gas treatment methods. At present, activated carbon adsorption method is widely used because of its comprehensive technical maturity, economy and equipment maintenance. However, activated carbon adsorption method also has some disadvantages, such as high elution cost, recovery of waste activated carbon after application period, pollution transfer and so on. Therefore, zeolite wheel adsorption-catalytic combustion method has been widely used in technical transformation or new construction projects. Waste gas treatment gives priority to the purification treatment method with low cost, low energy consumption and no secondary pollution, so as to make full use of waste gas heat and realize resource recycling. Under normal circumstances, petrochemical enterprises often use condensation, absorption, combustion and other methods to purify waste gas because of the particularity of their production activities and high concentration of waste gas. However, the concentration of waste gas in printing and other industries is low, and many methods such as adsorption and catalytic combustion are used to purify waste gas.
