These 18 medical services include
Multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment, ultrasonic elastography, anti-phospholipase A2 receptor antibody determination, adiponectin determination, sperm nuclear DNA fragment detection, ozone autotransfusion therapy, fecal bacteria transplantation system, intravenous infusion port implantation (removal), musculoskeletal system surgery, percutaneous spinal endoscopic discectomy, computer-aided design of operation guide plate, cotton moxibustion, Du meridian moxibustion, traditional Chinese medicine mud moxibustion, wheat moxibustion, penetration moxibustion, etc.

Article 8 The State strengthens basic medical research, encourages medical scientific and technological innovation, supports the development of clinical medicine, promotes the transformation and application of medical scientific and technological achievements, promotes the integrated development of medical and health care and information technology, popularizes appropriate medical and health technologies, and improves the quality of medical and health services.
The state develops medical education, improves the medical education system that meets the needs of the development of medical and health undertakings, and vigorously cultivates medical and health talents.
Article 9 The state vigorously develops the cause of Chinese medicine, adheres to the principle of attaching equal importance to both Chinese and Western medicine and combining inheritance with innovation, and gives full play to the unique role of Chinese medicine in medical and health undertakings.
Article 10 The state focuses on the grass roots, rationally plans and allocates medical and health resources, and adopts various measures to give priority to supporting the development of medical and health institutions below the county level and improve their medical and health service capabilities.
Article 11 The State shall increase financial input into medical and health undertakings, and give priority to supporting the development of medical and health undertakings in old revolutionary base areas, ethnic minority areas, border areas and economically underdeveloped areas by increasing transfer payments.
Article 12 The state encourages and supports citizens, legal persons and other organizations to participate in medical and health undertakings by organizing institutions according to law and donating funds to meet the diversified, differentiated and personalized health needs of citizens.
Citizens, legal persons and other organizations that donate property for medical and health undertakings shall enjoy preferential tax treatment according to law.
Thirteenth organizations and individuals that have made outstanding contributions in medical and health undertakings shall be commended and rewarded in accordance with state regulations.
Article 14 The State encourages and supports foreign exchanges and cooperation in the fields of medical care and health promotion.
To carry out foreign exchange and cooperation activities on medical care and health promotion, we should abide by laws and regulations and safeguard national sovereignty, security and social interests.
People's Republic of China (PRC) Traditional Chinese Medicine Law
Article 3 Chinese medicine is an important part of medical and health undertakings in China. The state vigorously develops the cause of traditional Chinese medicine, implements the policy of paying equal attention to both Chinese and western medicine, establishes a management system that conforms to the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine, and gives full play to the role of traditional Chinese medicine in China's medical and health undertakings.
The development of traditional Chinese medicine should follow the development law of traditional Chinese medicine, adhere to the combination of inheritance and innovation, maintain and give play to the characteristics and advantages of traditional Chinese medicine, and use modern science and technology to promote the development of theory and practice of traditional Chinese medicine.
The state encourages Chinese medicine and western medicine to learn from each other, complement each other, develop in a coordinated way, give play to their respective advantages, and promote the integration of Chinese and western medicine.
Article 4 The people's governments at or above the county level shall incorporate the cause of Chinese medicine into the national economic and social development plan, establish and improve the management system of Chinese medicine, and promote the overall development of Chinese medicine.
Article 14 The establishment of medical institutions of traditional Chinese medicine shall go through the examination and approval procedures in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state on the management of medical institutions, and abide by the relevant provisions on the management of medical institutions.
Where a Chinese medicine clinic is held, the name, address, scope of treatment and staffing of the clinic shall be reported to the competent department of Chinese medicine of the local people's government at the county level for the record before practicing activities can be carried out. Chinese medicine clinics shall publicize the scope of diagnosis and treatment, the names of Chinese medicine practitioners and their scope of practice in the clinics, and shall not carry out medical activities beyond the scope of filing. The specific measures shall be formulated by the competent department of traditional Chinese medicine in the State Council and submitted to the health administrative department of the State Council for examination and release.
Fifteenth personnel engaged in medical activities of traditional Chinese medicine shall, in accordance with the provisions of the "People's Republic of China (PRC) Medical Practitioners Law", obtain the qualification of traditional Chinese medicine doctors through the qualification examination of traditional Chinese medicine doctors, and register for practice. The content of the qualification examination for TCM doctors should reflect the characteristics of TCM.
Persons who study Chinese medicine as apprentices or who have acquired medical skills and expertise through years of practice shall be recommended by at least two Chinese medicine practitioners, and qualified by the competent departments of Chinese medicine of the people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government to organize practical skills and effect assessment. After practicing registration according to the assessment content, you can engage in medical activities of traditional Chinese medicine in the form of personal practice or in medical institutions within the scope of registered practice. The competent department of traditional Chinese medicine in the State Council shall, according to the safety risks of the technical methods of traditional Chinese medicine, formulate the grading assessment methods for the personnel specified in this paragraph and report them to the health administrative department of the State Council for examination and release.
Sixteenth medical institutions of traditional Chinese medicine should be equipped with medical personnel, mainly Chinese medicine professional and technical personnel, mainly to provide Chinese medicine services; Traditional Chinese medicine doctors who have obtained the qualification of doctors after examination may adopt modern scientific and technological methods related to their majors in their practice activities after passing the training and examination in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state. The application of modern scientific and technological methods in medical activities should be conducive to maintaining and giving play to the characteristics and advantages of traditional Chinese medicine.
Community health service centers, township hospitals, community health service stations and conditional village clinics should be reasonably equipped with professional and technical personnel of traditional Chinese medicine, and apply and popularize appropriate technical methods of traditional Chinese medicine.
Seventeenth to carry out traditional Chinese medicine services, should be guided by the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, the use of traditional Chinese medicine technology and methods, and in line with the basic requirements of traditional Chinese medicine services formulated by the competent department of traditional Chinese medicine in the State Council.
