Check content
(1) symptom query
Focus on asking about hypertension, heart disease history and whether there is a history of mental illness in the family; Have you ever had dizziness or syncope in the past year?
2) Physical examination
A. Routine examination of internal medicine
Focus on blood pressure and heart.
B. Ophthalmic examination
Routine inspection and color discrimination
C. surgical examination
Pay attention to the movement and flexibility of limbs joints, especially the movement and flexibility of hand joints.
(3) Laboratory and other inspections
A. Required items
Blood routine, urine routine, electrocardiogram, serum ALT
B. Selected inspection items
Electroencephalogram (EEG) (history of dizziness or syncope).
