The practice of smashing tea

The method of making tea is as follows:

Preparation materials: 20 grams of mint leaves, 20 grams of gold, 80 grams of peanuts, tea 10 grams, and appropriate amount of boiling water.

2. Add the prepared peanuts, and put the chopped mint leaves and gold leaf fragments into a bowl and grind them into mud.

Third, put it into a bowl after mashing and blanch it with boiling water, so that the mashing of tea leaves is completed.

Basic raw materials for tea crushing:

Tea, rice, sesame seeds, soybeans, peanuts, salt and orange peel, and sometimes some herbs are added. In fact, tea is not all tea. In addition to using old tea leaves, many young leaves of wild plants are picked, such as Yamanashi leaves before Qingming, Isatis indigotica leaves, and snow potato leaves from Hu Aishan. And there are more than ten kinds.

When grinding tea, you usually sit and operate. Hold the grinding bowl with your left hand or only your legs, and hold it tightly with your right hand or both hands. The round end of the grinding bowl frequently rolls around the inner wall of the grinding bowl until the raw materials are ground into paste-like tea cream, poured into boiling water and sprinkled with chopped green onion, which becomes a daily drink.
