Occupational physical examination of hearing protection

On-the-job occupational health examination refers to the regular examination of the health status of workers who have been engaged in noise operations for a long time by employers in accordance with state regulations. In 2007, the Technical Specification for Occupational Health Surveillance issued by the state made detailed provisions on the physical examination period of workers exposed to noise, and the physical examination was conducted once a year.

The purpose of on-the-job occupational health examination is mainly to find patients with hearing loss early, workers with occupational contraindications in time, and dynamically observe the "observed objects" so as to transfer those with occupational contraindications or early occupational health damage in time and arrange appropriate work. In addition, through the occupational health examination during the working period, we can also dynamically observe the health changes of workers and evaluate the control effect of noise hazards in the workplace.

Regular occupational health examination should focus on asking whether there are ear symptoms such as external auditory canal bleeding, earache, tinnitus, deafness, dizziness and noise contact history, focusing on pure tone hearing threshold test and electrocardiogram.
