When did World Sleep Day begin?

World Sleep Day begins at 200 1.

In 200 1 year, the Global Sleep and Health Program initiated by the International Foundation for Mental Health and Neuroscience launched a global activity, which officially kicked off the "World Sleep Day".

In 2008, the World Sleep Medicine Organization launched a health plan on sleep, and proposed to designate the third Friday of March as World Sleep Day every year.

In 2003, China Sleep Research Association officially introduced World Sleep Day to China. The themes of previous World Sleep Days in China are as follows:

2009: "Let the children sleep for an extra hour"; 20 10: "Care about children's sleep, sleep for an extra hour"; 20 1 1 year: "Pay attention to the sleep of the elderly and sleep for an extra hour"; 20 12: "Pay attention to the quality of sleep and sleep for an extra hour"; 20 13: "Natural deep sleep, sleep for another hour".
