eat well

Bread is the pillar of life. Some people think that eating is the basic need for survival, but it is simple enough for people to eat. But eating well is not a simple matter. First, objective conditions should allow it, and second, good habits should be formed subjectively. Before retirement, there was great pressure in the workplace, so you were not allowed to eat well, either overeating, forgetting to eat or not eating. Retired, you can have a good meal when you are free. At the same time, you are old and your gastrointestinal function has deteriorated, so you are not allowed to eat well. So the first thing after retirement, I will study how to eat well and form a firm habit.

Eat on time. Before 7:30 for breakfast, before 8:00 for lunch and before 5:30 for dinner. There are no special circumstances, thunder can't move, and the gastrointestinal tract forms a natural biological clock. When it is working, it should also rest when it is time to rest, so that it can always maintain sufficient vitality, improve the efficiency and quality of digestion and absorption, and thus better balance the nutritional needs of the body.

Eat reasonably. Eat well in the morning, eggs, milk, sea cucumber, beef, plus a proper amount of fruits and vegetables. Have a hearty meal at noon, mainly rice and steamed bread, plus high-protein foods such as meat and fish, and supplement a large number of vegetables to ensure an adequate supply of protein, starch and vitamins. Eat less at night, eat some fruits, fruits and drink gruel, so that the gastrointestinal tract can get a full rest.

Chew slowly. Chewing food as carefully as possible with your teeth and time can also make the food cool to avoid being too hot and reduce the burden on your aging stomach. You care about the gastrointestinal tract, which in turn will serve you better for a long time.

Eat seven or eight points full. Don't eat in a hurry, don't be hungry, and never go hungry.

Adequate nutrition is enough, which not only meets the needs of the body, but also does not damage the gastrointestinal tract because of ineffective labor.

Food diversity. Eat more than 20 kinds of food a day, avoid spicy, high-fat, high-sugar, pickled, smoked and other foods to ensure comprehensive and beneficial nutrition.

Have a good sleep.

The ancients knew how to sleep best: work at sunrise and rest at sunset. This is the most primitive routine and the way of nature. But in modern society, the pace is fast, the competition is fierce, and the pressure of survival is great, so you are not allowed to work and rest step by step. So most people can't sleep well in middle age, which affects their health and mood. After retirement, I have time and freedom. I can arrange my work and rest in a natural way, have a good sleep and do well.

Get up at 7 o'clock in the morning, go to bed before 9 o'clock in the evening, and take a lunch break from half an hour to one hour after lunch. No special circumstances, let the body and mind rest when it is time to rest. At work, they are full of energy and feel comfortable, which is very beneficial to health.

Clear your mind before going to bed. I don't want to do anything, my mind is blank, I fall asleep naturally, sleep deeply for more than 6 hours, and my body and mind are fully relaxed to achieve a complete rest.

Wake up slowly. Wake up slowly in the morning, get up slowly, do exercise in bed for about 20 minutes to fully rejuvenate your body and mind, and then get up.

Have fun.

Ordinary people say: higher vocational education is not as good as high salary, high salary is not as good as long life, and long life is not as good as happiness. No matter your status, whether you are poor or rich, as long as you are happy, life is meaningful. After retirement, you must return to your family, yourself and live a happy life.

Forget the past. The past unit, the people who crossed in the past, the past honor status, the past ups and downs, the past world is bleak, and everything in the past has let it go with the wind. Now you, with blue sky and white clouds overhead, fresh air, relaxed and happy, are happy to face every day.

There is nothing in my heart. No longer care about other people's words, a smile, a look, a gesture, these have nothing to do with you. I want to take myself as the center, don't see unhappy people, don't go to unhappy occasions, don't listen to unhappy words, ignore unhappy things, live a happy life and be happy. Put it in a bucket, no matter spring, summer, autumn and winter, you will always be happy, and happiness will always be in your heart.

Read more good books. Keep company with books, be friends with books, communicate with masters, draw nutrition from books, broaden your horizons, upgrade your realm, purify your soul, be detached and refined, and be a pure open-minded and happy person.

Take more exercise. Go to the basketball court, make friends with a group of young and old people, laugh and relax, learn skills through fun, flex your brain, relax your bones and muscles, and fully enjoy the happiness brought by sports.

Go to me. See a flower and a grass, kiss the fragrance of the earth and enjoy the life source of nature. There are flowers in spring, snow in winter, cool breeze in summer and moon in autumn. If there is no trouble, it is a good time in life. Isn't it a pleasure to live a relaxed and elegant life of "picking chrysanthemums under the east fence and seeing Nanshan leisurely"
