Ms. Lin Biyun works for the Motor Neuropathy Association of the Republic of China. Ms. Lin's husband was diagnosed as a frozen person in 1995. She accompanied him through the process of disability, bedridden, aphasia, expired and nursing. And foreign nurses take turns to take care of Mr. Wang, turn over and row his back, change clothes and wash his hands, feed and draw phlegm, exercise and accompany him. Ms Cai Jinzhi, who is enthusiastic about helping others, is 73 years old this year. She joined the angel volunteers of Taipei Health Bureau on 103, and the accumulated service hours have reached 1 567 hours! Grandma Jiang, who accepted the angel volunteer service, said, "Without her help, I can't go anywhere, and even seeing a doctor has become a problem. I am very grateful to her for her family-like care."

Huang Shijie, director of the Taipei Municipal Health Bureau, said that by praising the affirmation of volunteer service given by the congress, more people can see the value of volunteer service, and once again thank the volunteers for their long-term selfless dedication and dedication.
