A positive and optimistic attitude.

Happiness can kill bacteria, because the brain will produce endorphins when it is happy, which can increase immunity. Step 2 get enough sleep

When sleeping, the body will do a lot of cleaning and cell repair work, which will make people feel tired again. Therefore, there is a saying that it is better to take a breath after eating pigs. Generally, the sleep time every day is six to eight hours, but the most important thing is the quality of sleep. Some people get enough sleep. 3. Moderate exercise.

Life lies in exercise, and the key lies in moderation. Three times a week, half an hour each time, is enough. Exercise is also divided into anaerobic exercise, aerobic exercise and flexible exercise. Anaerobic exercise refers to intense exercise that requires explosive power, such as sprinting and weightlifting. Doing such sports for a long time is harmful to health. Many track and field athletes died in their forties, which is an example. Aerobic exercise includes brisk walking, jogging, dancing and swimming. This is also a kind of exercise that we encourage to do more. Needless to say, flexible exercise is such a warm-up exercise. What is a moderate amount? After exercise, the heartbeat plus age should not exceed 170 times.

4. Balanced nutrition.

Eating well does not mean eating nutritionally, and eating nutritionally does not mean balanced nutrition. The highest state of nutrition is balance. Just like a big wooden barrel, how much water can be held depends on the shortest piece of wood. There should be more than 20 kinds of food every day, providing 40 kinds of nutrients, mainly seven kinds of nutrients: water, protein, carbohydrate, fat, minerals, vitamins and cellulose. These all have intake standards and sufficient nutrition.
