Production method:
1. Pour all the materials into a container and stir evenly to form a starch paste.
2. Put the water into the pot and bring it to a boil.
3. Apply a little cooking oil (anti-sticking) to the stainless steel basin (or plate), pour in a proper amount of starch paste to evenly cover the bottom, and put it in hot water.
4. After scalding until the starch paste becomes dry and discolored, directly take a proper amount of boiling water from the pot and soak it until it is transparent.
5. After the vermicelli is completely discolored, take it out and soak it in cold water, remove it and put it down.
