Divided into the following situations:
If your immediate family members are under the age of 19, you can first invite them to come to Korea with a family sign like f 1 (or F2), which is usually 1 year, that is, it will be postponed once a year. After two years in Korea, you can apply for permanent residence. This situation must be guaranteed, and you are still under the age of 19 after staying for 2 years. If you are over 19 years old after staying for 2 years, you can only take the second way of permanent residence.
If your immediate family members are over 19 years old, you can only invite them to South Korea in the form of tourist visas, then change their qualification certificates into F4 in South Korea, and then apply for permanent residence after five years.
It is said that there is still a chance to pass the exam. That is, the Korean nationality exam, which needs to be filled in before applying, and applying for permanent residence or nationality. In this way, after passing the exam, it will take an average of one year to get results.
The first and second methods mentioned above both involve a long-term visa (F 1 is one year, F4 is three years, F2 is unclear, but it is also long-term). This long-term visa doesn't have to stay in Korea all the time. From the day you enter Korea with this visa, you can stay for 5 years. You can enter and leave Korea at will during the period. But what must be guaranteed is that your visas are all long-term visas, and short-term visas such as D4 (language learning visa) and C3 (tourist visa) are not allowed.
