Bass words should be easy to understand, and common driving terms, station names, car numbers or daily life terms can also be used, such as Shenyang, Dalian, Yunnan, Hefei, 253, 3 13, bread and wheat.

Those who can repeat 2 ~ 3 words with low pronunciation are qualified. When recording, it is indicated by 5/5m, and if it is within 1m, it is indicated by1/5m.

2. Stopwatch inspection: The normal listening distance of stopwatch is 100 cm. The examinee can hear within the distance of 100/ 100 cm and within the range of 20cm×20/ 100cm.

If you have suspicious hearing, you can check it with an audiometer.

Second, the vestibular function examination

Cold and hot test: 5 ml of ice water was injected into the external auditory canal, and those who responded were normal. If 20 ml of ice water is injected and there is no response, it means that the semicircular canal has lost its function.

If necessary, a rotation test can be carried out.

Third, the olfactory examination

Dose of test supplies

Judgment: the examinee can recognize the above samples as qualified. If the examinee cannot recognize any of the above samples, it is regarded as olfactory failure.

The new employment conditions apply to newly recruited workers, college graduates and those who change from non-driving positions to driving positions. On-the-job employees refer to employees who have engaged in the main work of driving.

The physical conditions of existing employees working in plateau and mountain areas can be strictly required according to the actual situation. Chapter II Conditions for Physical Examination Article 5 Recruits who have reached the age of 18 and have normal physical development shall be judged as qualified or unqualified according to the following physical examination regulations. Article 6 in general inspection, those whose body length is less than 155cm and weight is less than 45kg are unqualified (female workers whose body length is 150cm and weight is more than 42kg are qualified). Article 7 Those who have obvious physical defects, slow response, severe stuttering and speech disorder are not qualified. Article 8 Those with malignant tumors are unqualified. Benign tumors located in important organs are unqualified.

Article 9 Cardiomyopathy, myocarditis, coronary heart disease, Keshan disease, cardiac insufficiency and severe arrhythmia (atrial fibrillation, ventricular tachycardia, sick sinus syndrome, atrioventricular block above degree II, etc.). ) are not qualified. Article 10 rheumatic heart disease is unqualified. Various valvular diseases, endocarditis, pericardial diseases, and various congenital heart diseases are unqualified.

Drivers, train dispatchers, signalmen and crossing workers with good function of rheumatic heart disease and no arrhythmia are qualified. Article 1 1 Hypertension and critical hypertension are unqualified.

Critical hypertension, driver, train dispatcher and crossing worker are qualified. Article 12 blood pressure below 90/60mmhg is unqualified. Article 13 functional premature beats are unqualified.

Within 5 times per minute, signalman, train dispatcher, car inspector and crossing worker are qualified. The 14 sinus tachycardia (> 1 10 beats/min) or sinus bradycardia (< 55 beats/min) was unqualified. Article 15 Nephrotic syndrome, acute and chronic nephritis, acute and chronic pyelonephritis and renal insufficiency are unqualified.

Chronic pyelonephritis has good renal function, normal physical and chemical examination, and qualified drivers, train dispatchers, car inspectors, signalmen and crossing workers. Article 16 Those who suffer from bronchial asthma, emphysema, bronchiectasis and other diseases that affect ventilation function are not qualified.

No recurrent hemoptysis and persistent infection, mild emphysema, qualified driver, train dispatcher, station (assistant) attendant, train conductor, car inspector, signalman and crossing worker. Article 17 Tuberculosis is unqualified.

During the static and absorption period, drivers, diesel and electric locomotive co-drivers, train dispatchers, station (assistant) flight attendants, car inspectors, signalmen and crossing workers are qualified.
