Green and healthy rental housing standard

With the improvement of the quality of life, people pay more and more attention to the health of the indoor environment of houses. To this end, the following hygienic standards are put forward for modern rented houses from five aspects: sunshine, lighting, indoor clear height, microclimate and air cleanliness:

1, sunshine. Sunlight can kill microorganisms in the air and improve human immunity. In order to maintain human health and normal development, indoor sunshine time must be more than 2 hours every day.

2. Lighting. Refers to the natural light available in the house. The ratio of the effective area of general windows to the building area of rooms should be greater than 1: 15.

3, indoor clear height shall not be less than 2.8 meters. This standard is stipulated in the design quota of civil buildings. For residents, the appropriate clear height gives people a good sense of space, and too low clear height will make people feel depressed. The experiment shows that when the clear height of the room is less than 2.55 meters, the indoor carbon dioxide concentration is high, which has obvious influence on the indoor air quality.

4. Microclimate: In order to keep the indoor sanitation in good condition, it is generally required that the indoor temperature should not be lower than 12 degrees Celsius in winter and not higher than 30 degrees Celsius in summer; Indoor relative humidity is not more than 65%; The wind speed is not less than 0. 15m/s in summer and not more than 0.3m/s in winter.

5. The air is clear. It means that the total number of some harmful gases, metabolites, floating dust and bacteria in the air of residential buildings cannot exceed a certain content. These harmful gases mainly include carbon dioxide, sulfur dioxide, radon, formaldehyde and volatile benzene.
