1. Open the JD.COM app and click "My".
2. After entering the "My" page, click the "Settings" icon in the upper right corner.
3. Click "Accounts and Security" on the "Settings" page.
4. Click "Cancel JD.COM Account Service" on the "Account and Security" page.
5. Fill in the cancellation reason on the "Cancel JD.COM Account" page, click "Get Verification Code", fill in the verification code, and click "OK".
6. Enter the cancellation confirmation page, click "Read" and click "Next".
7. Click "Skip, Logout".
