Article 1 These Articles of Association are applicable to the enrollment of general higher education in Heze Medical College.
Article 2 The enrollment work of Heze Medical College shall follow the principles of "fair competition, fair selection, open procedures, comprehensive assessment, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission".
Article 3 The enrollment work of Heze Medical College shall be supervised by the discipline inspection and supervision departments, news media, candidates and their parents, and all sectors of society.

Article 22 Access Rules

(2) The professional arrangement of the candidates is determined according to the principle of "voluntary priority, from high score to low score admission". If the volunteer candidates of the first major meet the professional plan, the major will no longer admit other professional volunteer candidates; If the first major volunteer candidates do not meet a professional plan, the second major volunteer candidates will be admitted, and so on. Chapter V Admission of Freshmen

Chapter VI Fees, Refund Standards and Subsidy Policies

Other expenses shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant documents of Shandong Province, and the fees for publicity and bright certificates shall be implemented. The refund standard for students who have dropped out of school shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Notice of the General Office of Shandong Provincial People's Government on Printing and Distributing the Measures for the Administration of Fees in Colleges and Universities in Shandong Province (No.98 [2018] of Lu Zhengban).

Chapter 9 Other Matters
Twenty-ninth schools do not entrust any institution or individual to handle or represent enrollment related matters. For institutions or individuals engaged in illegal enrollment publicity activities in the name of Heze Medical College, the school reserves the right to hold them accountable.
Article 30 If the Articles of Association are inconsistent with the relevant policies of the superior, the relevant policies of the state and the superior shall prevail. Matters not covered in this contract shall be handled in accordance with the relevant regulations of the superior.
