When charging, you should see that the green indicator of the charger is on and the battery is full. The battery should be able to take 200-300 photos when fully charged. In order to eliminate the problem of charger, it is best to borrow a friend's charger. If you really can't borrow a charger, you can find one of ten thousand meters. The battery used in 960 is NB-5L, and the terminal voltage should be no less than 3.7V after being fully charged.
I have tried all the above, but I can only suspect that it is a camera problem. The camera motherboard may have electric leakage and can only be sent to Canon for after-sales inspection.
