▲ Enrollment targets, requirements, charging standards and treatment:
1. Higher education (first promoted to junior college, then to junior college): Recruit graduates from previous high schools and technical secondary schools (or equivalent) for the whole country.
2. Undergraduate: Recruit students or social youth who have obtained or will soon obtain a college diploma.
