What is the problem with a little pain in the kidney?
If the pain is mild and accidental, go to self-observation for a period of time. If the pain attacks soon, you need to see a doctor at once. What is the cause of kidney pain? It is more common in diseases such as renal infection, hydronephrosis, renal tumor and renal tuberculosis, or kidney calculi, blood clot and necrotic tissue (due to inflammation and tumor) block the ureter, resulting in smooth muscle spasm of the ureter. The nature of pain caused by the increase of intrarenal pressure can be divided into dull pain, severe pain and colic. Dull pain is mainly persistent pain, which is aggravated after exercise, mainly due to acute expansion and involvement of renal capsule during inflammation or obstruction. It is more common in diseases such as renal infection, hydronephrosis, renal tumor and renal tuberculosis. Severe pain is manifested as severe pain in the kidney area. It is mainly caused by acute suppurative inflammation in renal parenchyma or around kidney. More common in renal abscess, renal infarction and other diseases. Often accompanied by fever, chills, nausea, vomiting and other symptoms. Colic is the most common in clinic, which is manifested as severe colic in the affected waist. Pain can radiate to the upper abdomen and umbilicus, lower abdomen, groin area, testis, labia majora and inner thigh, and may be accompanied by symptoms such as nausea and vomiting. Generally, the attack is sudden, mainly due to kidney calculi, blood clots and necrotic tissue (due to inflammation and tumor) blocking the ureter, leading to ureteral smooth muscle spasm and increased renal pressure. This kind of pain will generally increase with the peristalsis of the ureter. Inflammation or obstruction can also cause colic when the renal capsule expands rapidly. Generally speaking, the pain caused by ureteral obstruction is colic, while the pain caused by inflammation is not so severe.
