One is drinking. Although they are forced to drink, it will do more harm to their health. I have made up my mind to give up drinking. According to the current situation, it is more difficult, but the problem should not be too big, mainly because the drinking atmosphere is much better now. If you don't want to drink, you won't be forced to drink. There is this situation, but it is not much, and it can still be overcome.
Second, the work and rest are irregular. There is no problem in the morning, mainly staying up late at night. Be sure to rest before 12 o'clock at night at the latest, otherwise your body will definitely be too much to eat and you can't disturb your biological clock, so it won't be so easy to adjust it back.
The third is the problem of diet. In the past, eating irregularly and overeating, especially eating halogen products, was very harmful to the health. I used to be careless, but I have been much better in the last six months. I need to stick to it.
Only by living can we do more things, realize many of our dreams and keep healthy, which is more important than anything else.
