Normally, it does not evaporate. If the working fluid of the heatsink fails,
then the cooling effect of the laptop will be very poor, even if the cooling fan has been spinning.
It will also not be able to cool the laptop and will cause it to shut down automatically during use.
The working principle of the heatsink:
The tube will be pumped to the negative pressure, filled with the appropriate amount of working liquid, so that the suction core of the liquid-absorbing core immediately adjacent to the inner wall of the tube in the capillary porous material filled with liquid to be sealed. One end of the tube is the evaporating end, i.e., the heating end, and the other end is the condensing end, i.e., the cooling end, and the adiabatic end can be arranged in the middle of the two ends as required. When one end of the heat pipe is heated, capillary core in the liquid evaporation vaporization, steam in the small pressure difference under the flow to the other end of the heat release condensation into liquid, liquid and then along the porous material relying on the action of capillary flow back to the evaporation end. So the cycle has been, the heat from one end of the heat pipe to the other end.
