How much won is a house in Korea?

As of March 2021, the house price is different for different areas of different sizes. Generally an average of five or six million won a square meter, or RMB 30,000 to $, 100 square meters is to RMB 3 million.

In South Korea, Seoul housing prices are already much higher than other places, in the past year, Seoul housing prices rose even more ferociously. As of January this year, the average price per square meter of residential transactions in Seoul was 9.196 million won (about 53,800 yuan).

A three-bedroom, two-bath, about 99-square-meter high-rise apartment in 2019 cost 300 million won, or about 1.743 million yuan. As of early 2021, the price of this apartment in Seoul, South Korea, has risen to more than 400 million won, or about 2.324 million yuan.

Most South Korean houses are well-furnished and freehold, so the price is really the envy of many Chinese. And in Goyang, Gyeonggi Province, not far from Seoul, there's a very nice house that cost just over 800 million won, the equivalent of more than 4.6 million dollars, to build and homestead! The house has three floors and two courtyards, which is equivalent to a small villa. The area has reached more than 600 square meters and cost just over 4 million won.

South Korea's Seoul Metropolitan Government has announced great news, allocating funds to improve housing conditions for 1,500 families living in semi-basements, including improving heating systems and replacing floors, with each family receiving 3.2 million won (about 19,000 yuan) for infrastructure such as air-conditioners, dehumidifiers, ventilators, windows and fire alarms.
