Staff in medical institutions, including but not limited to health professionals and technicians, management personnel, logistics personnel, and other social practitioners who provide services in and are under the management of medical institutions, should be obedient to the relevant requirements of the Nine Guidelines, and should be strictly enforced.
The basic behavioral norms of medical practitioners are:
1.
