Noise Enclosure Protection Levels

A noise enclosure is a piece of equipment used to reduce noise, which is commonly used in industrial, agricultural, and medical applications to prevent employees from being exposed to excessive noise levels.

The protection rating of a noise enclosure is the level of protection it provides against noise, usually measured in decibels (dB). According to national standards, there are five levels of protection for acoustic enclosures:

Protection level A: Provides 20 dB of protection.

Protection class B: Provides 25 dB of protection.

Protection level C: provides 30 dB of protection.

Protection level D: Provides 35 dB of protection.

Protection level E: 40 dB of protection is available.

Please note that the protection class of a noise enclosure may vary depending on national or regional regulations. When selecting a noise enclosure, the appropriate protection class should be chosen according to actual needs.
