How to choose cooling fan

Nowadays, the market is full of dazzling and fierce price wars, especially in Shenzhen, where there are price wars everywhere. You can find that once brilliant can become a deserted company in a few days, and once high-spirited people can also become nothing. Everyone here is gambling, surviving, struggling and pursuing. Manufacturers of cooling fans are better than price wars, clothes are better than price wars, and even stalls are better than price wars. It seems that the cheap one is the winner here, but there is an old saying in China that you can produce the same quality cooling fan at such a cheap price, which makes Bian Xiao a little skeptical. Bian Xiao discussed how to identify the quality of cooling fans today.

I believe that many buyers and manufacturers of cooling fans know that the oil-bearing and ball bearing of cooling fans can be distinguished from the bearing at first, and the oil-bearing is low in price and low in rotating sound. Some manufacturers add Teflon inside the oil-bearing to make the cooling fan have the reliability of ball bearing, and then sell it at a high price. The fan of ball bearing is noisier and more expensive than that of oil bearing, but it has higher reliability and longer service life than oil bearing. However, in order to save costs, some manufacturers of cooling fans originally only put a ball in the fan and sold it at a high price without the customer's knowledge. Secondly, according to the ventilation volume, some buyers of cooling fans always think that the larger the cooling fin, the better the cooling effect. In fact, this is a wrong concept, the advantage of big fans. However, if the design is improper, the heat dissipation capacity of the large fan may not be as good as that of the small fan. Finally, look at the cooling fan blades. If the other parts of the same fan are unchanged and only the blades are changed from five to seven, the air volume change may not increase too much. But as far as the speed of the fan is concerned, the speed of the seven blades will be lower than that of the five blades (under the same ventilation). In contrast, if a seven-blade fan is used, bearing wear and oil leakage will be less and the life of the fan will be longer. If five blades and seven blades rotate at the same speed, the ventilation of seven blades will be greater. The higher the fan speed, the shorter the corresponding life and the greater the noise. In addition, the Harrison of the fan is thicker, and the greater the blade angle, the greater the wind pressure. The inlet angle of the fan blade (maximum 45 degrees) is also one of the important factors that determine the ventilation capacity of the fan. From the design point of view, it is best to add a small number of rotating slots at the air inlet and outlet to assist the air flow, and the exhaust design of some fans is not ideal.

I know a radiator manufacturer named Xin Jianda, and I often ask them for goods.
