What is PCBA assembly line?

4. Cleaning: The PCB is cleaned after soldering using specialized cleaning equipment to remove any residual solder paste or dirt that may be present.

5. Whole board test: The whole assembled electronic product is subjected to comprehensive functional and performance tests to ensure product quality and reliability.

6. Packing and Shipping: Pack the tested electronic products and prepare them for shipping to customers.

The use of PCBA assembly line can improve productivity, ensure product quality and consistency, and reduce human error. It is widely used in the electronics manufacturing industry, including consumer electronics, communication equipment, industrial control equipment, medical equipment and other fields.
