Resident users who implement tiered electricity prices: If the electricity voltage level is less than 1,000 volts, the first-tier peak electricity price is 0.55 yuan per kilowatt hour (the same below), and the valley electricity price is 0.55 yuan per kilowatt hour (the same below). The electricity price is 0.30 yuan; for electricity voltage levels of 1-10 kV, the first peak electricity price is 0.50 yuan per kilowatt hour and the valley electricity price is 0.27 yuan. The second and third levels of peak and off-peak electricity prices are respectively increased by 0.05 yuan and 0.30 yuan on the basis of the first level of electricity price.

Users who implement combined meter electricity prices: For electricity voltage levels less than 1,000 volts, the peak electricity price is 0.57 yuan per kilowatt hour and the valley electricity price is 0.31 yuan; the electricity voltage level is 1-10,000 volts. For volts, the peak electricity price is 0.52 yuan per kilowatt-hour and the valley electricity price is 0.28 yuan. The peak and valley time-of-use electricity prices for residents in areas where urban utility surcharges are not levied will be reduced by 1.5 cents per kilowatt-hour based on the above-mentioned electricity prices.

The above regulations will be implemented from January 1, 2023.
