The compensation costs for minor injuries are as follows:
1. Determined on the basis of the collection vouchers of medical fees and hospitalization fees issued by the medical institutions, combined with relevant evidence such as medical records and diagnostic certificates. If the person liable for compensation disagrees with the necessity and reasonableness of the treatment, the burden of proof shall be borne accordingly;
2. Determined on the basis of the victim's lost time at work and income status. The time lost from work shall be determined according to the certificate issued by the medical institution where the victim received treatment. If the victim continues to lose work due to disability, the time lost can be calculated until the day before the date of disability;
3. The income status of the caregiver and the number and duration of care shall be determined. If the caregiver has an income, the amount shall be calculated with reference to the provisions on lost wages; if the caregiver does not have an income or employs a caregiver, the amount shall be calculated with reference to the standard of remuneration for the labor of a local caregiver engaged in the same level of care;
4. The level of care shall be determined in accordance with the degree of dependence on the care and in conjunction with the prescription of auxiliary aids for the handicapped. Transportation costs shall be calculated on the basis of the actual expenses incurred by the victim and his/her necessary companions for medical treatment or transfer to a hospital for treatment. Transportation costs should be based on official bills; the relevant documents should be consistent with the place, time, number of people, the number of medical treatment;
5. The victim really needs to go to the field for treatment, due to objective reasons can not be hospitalized, the victim and his accompanying personnel actually incurred accommodation and food costs, the reasonable part of compensation;
6. Nutritional costs based on the disability of the victim with reference to the medical institution's opinion. The nutritional expenses shall be determined according to the victim's disability with reference to the opinion of the medical institution.
