Chapter I General

In order to meet the needs of hospital clean operating room construction, to meet the requirements of the medical development and technological progress, improve the effectiveness of investment, the development of this construction standards.

Article II of the construction standards for the use of the hospital's new or remodeled clean surgical department project and built in the non-clean surgical department (district) of the put clean operating room and its auxiliary rooms project. The use of ventilation and air conditioning of the general operating room (room) projects can refer to the implementation

Article 3 of the Ministry of Clean Surgery of the construction, must comply with national laws and regulations relating to economic construction and health, in line with the relevant hygienic standards and clean technology standards are now determined.

Article 4 The construction of clean surgery department should adhere to the principle of comprehensive performance to meet the standards, focusing on air purification, strengthen the protection of the surgical area, the construction of the quasi-practical, economic principles, to avoid one-sided pursuit of performance.

Article V clean surgical department construction, in addition to the implementation of the construction standards, should also comply with the current national standards, norms and regulations.
