Surveillance belongs to decorative works?

Monitoring does not belong to the decoration project. Decorative works mainly refers to the internal and external decoration of the building and beautification works, including wall paint, flooring, ceiling decoration. Surveillance, on the other hand, is a security facility used to monitor and videotape a specific area or object in real time. It captures images by installing cameras and related equipment, and transmits the images to a monitoring center or user terminal for real-time observation and recording.

From a functional point of view, the main purpose of surveillance is to provide security and to prevent criminal behavior. Through the monitoring equipment, people can observe the situation in the monitored area from a distance, discover abnormalities in time and take corresponding measures. Therefore, from this point of view, surveillance belongs more to the field of security than to the field of decoration.

From the point of view of appearance design, surveillance equipment is usually not considered aesthetically pleasing. Instead, in order to achieve better surveillance results, the layout and mounting position of the cameras may favor functionality over aesthetics. For example, cameras set up in commercial premises or public **** places tend to adopt a more visible position in order to provide a deterrent effect. This is different from the goal of decorative works in pursuit of aesthetics.

There are also some differences between the installation of surveillance equipment and decorative works. Decorative works usually need to consider the overall style of the building and color matching and other aspects, while in the installation of monitoring equipment, pay more attention to the functionality and practicality of the equipment. Therefore, in the design and construction process, monitoring equipment is often carried out separately from the decorative works.

From the function, appearance design and installation point of view, monitoring does not belong to the decoration project. It focuses more on safety and security and practicality than on beautifying buildings. Although it plays an important role in protecting property and personal safety, it is clearly different from decorative works.
