3, the distance between the host and the surrounding walls or other obstructions can not be too small.
4, if the installation of canopy to protect the host to prevent the wind and sun, care should be taken to ensure that the host heat exchanger heat absorption and heat dissipation is not impeded.
5, the host should be installed in a solid foundation, and to ensure that the installation of upright, and fixed with ground bolts.
6, the display panel should not be installed in the bathroom, so as not to affect the normal operation due to moisture.
(B) the installation of the storage tank
1, the storage tank can be installed with the outdoor heat pump outdoor unit in the outdoor, such as balcony, roof, ground, can also be installed indoors. Water storage tank must be installed on the ground, the installation of a solid foundation, must withstand the weight of 500KG, can not be hung on the wall.
2, near the storage tank, as well as water pipes and hot water pipes are equipped with valves on the interface.
3, the tank hot water outlet of the safety valve pressure relief port is dripping pressure relief phenomenon, play a protective role, connected to a drain hose on the line.
(C) water connection
1, the water outlet interface with PP-R pipe according to the figure with the water storage tank, and sealed with raw material tape.
2, one end of the check valve is connected to the water pipe, the other end is connected to the storage tank inlet receiver.
3, fill with water: open the tap water inlet valve, open the hot water pipe in the outlet faucet. Begin to fill the water, until the faucet has water overflow is full, close the faucet. Leak check the water storage to make sure there is no water leakage. Note: For the first time, make sure the water tank is full before plugging in the power supply.
(D) heat pipe connection
1, in the water storage tank and heat pump between the host wall drilling a Ф70 pipeline hole, the hole should be slightly tilted to the outside. Connecting pipe and a certain length of cable with a plastic tie wrapped, through the punched pipe holes, both sides of the sleeve on the wall pipe sheath.
2, remove the head cap on the water tank thick and thin connecting pipe, respectively, the thick and thin connecting pipe screwed to the water storage tank thick and thin connecting pipe on the connector, with a wrench to tighten.
3, unscrew the host of high-pressure valves and low-pressure valves of the thick and thin connecting pipe head cap, the other end of the thick and thin connecting pipe screwed to the water tank of the work of the inlet, the work of the outlet of the thick and thin connecting pipe mouth, with a wrench and tighten it (Note: the thick pipe connecting the three-way valve and the water tank of the upper connector). Note: Try not to bend the copper pipe, even if twisted, do not make the copper pipe deflated or fractured.
(E) pipeline exhaust
1, from the low-pressure valve and high-pressure valve adjustment port to remove the cap.
2. Connect the vacuum pump connector to the fluorine injection port.
3. Make sure the vacuum level is qualified and the pumping time is not less than 20 minutes. If it is inconvenient to evacuate, you can use R22 refrigerant external evacuation, and leak detection.
4, use the inner six wrenches to turn the spools of the low-pressure and high-pressure valves in the counterclockwise direction until they are completely open. Recap all caps and tighten.
5, leakage test: with soapy water to check each pipe connection and each cap mouth, whether there is leakage, if so, must be tightened with a wrench until no leakage, absolutely no leakage is allowed.
Note: air into the system will cause the compressor to work improperly.
(F) electrical connection
1, the socket must be reliable grounding.
2, the assigned power outlet capacity should meet the current power requirements of the host.
3, the unit power outlet should not be placed around other electrical equipment, so as not to affect the leakage protection plug tripped. Note: The power outlet must be reliably grounded.
4, the water temperature sensor probe into the water tank in the middle of the probe tube, and be fixed.
In short, the installation of the splitter is more complex, the general installer is not competent, recommended installers need to have considerable experience in air conditioning installation.
