What intermediary routines have you encountered in job hunting? How much did it cost?

It is said that factories are black, and everyone hates black intermediaries. I didn't know how annoying black intermediaries and black factories were until I arrived in Guangdong. So how does this black factory black intermediary deceive people? Through my work experience of more than ten years, the analysis is as follows:

Intermediary recruitment

First, you waited in front of a factory for a month, but they didn't put up a job notice. You asked the security guard to stop talking. When you ask the workers who leave work, the answer is that the work is good and the salary is good and high, but they don't recruit people. If they had recruited people, they would have introduced relatives and friends.

Roadside recruitment

Then you really want to enter this factory and see an intermediary next to you. It says that you can enter this factory for 200 yuan. Those who want to enter can register here and have a unified interview on Saturday. After paying the money, you can go to the factory for an interview on Saturday. Some of them have direct interviews, some are at the gate of this factory, some are outside or in the intermediary. The interviewer claimed to be the HR supervisor for on-site interview, and then interviewed more than 100 people. None of them succeeded.

Roadblock recruitment

Second: the black intermediary takes you into the black factory, and the black factory pays the intermediary fees according to the head. Then you worked in the factory for a month or two, and the factory gave you trouble for various reasons, forcing you to leave your job automatically or run away with a bucket. In the end, you work for the factory for a month or two for nothing and get nothing. It is equal to the black factory is to give the black intermediary, and the introduction fee of several hundred yuan will make you busy for two months.

Booth recruitment

Third: you entered the factory through an intermediary, and found that the situation in the factory was completely different from what the intermediary said. For example, the environment is poor and the work intensity is high. Ask the old employees, and they all say that the salary is very low. As a result, you worked for a month or two, and the factory and intermediary settled accounts with you. After deducting the cost of clothes, food, water and electricity, you still owe it, and you have to work for free for a month to pay it off.

These black factories and black intermediaries are small and micro enterprises. They are all temporary workers and will not be forced to buy social security. When recruiting, it is almost always a verbal promise. Even if you sign a labor contract with them, it is also a temporary contract with the intermediary. After something goes wrong, the cost and difficulty of safeguarding rights are too great. If it is a big deal, the intermediary will close down and continue to cheat under a different name.

I didn't find an agent when I was looking for a job. I found it by submitting my resume online, or I went to the talent market to have a look.
