When our engineers install their equipment on site, they will comply with the provisions of the Lei Ma Ping Prison Project and local laws and ordinances, and provide installation methods and installation procedures approved by both parties.

(2) Wiring Specification

1, the foundation channel steel buried

Part III: diesel generator set installation and commissioning program

This project diesel generator set installed in the basement generator room, mainly by the diesel generator set, daily fuel tank, accident fuel tank, accidental fuel pumps, air inlet muffler, exhaust muffler, fuel pipe system, smoke exhaust system and electrical systems.

In the basement equipment lifting in place program has described the main equipment into the field, acceptance, unpacking, lifting, in place program. This program mainly describes the installation and commissioning work after the generator is in place.

A generator set installation

1, the generator set in place in accordance with the requirements of the equipment to install the appropriate shock absorbing devices, grounding devices.

2, inlet and exhaust muffler installation should be sealed with the wall, and fixed reliably. Install the rain-proof system outside the muffler.

3, before the installation of the oil pipe to ensure that the inner wall of the pipe is clean, the tank, piping, valves and other components need to be reliably grounded.

4, the pipeline flange gasket using graphite metal winding gasket.

5, flue, flue muffler, flue expansion joints should be fixed firmly, expansion joints and mufflers set spring hangers.

Second, the preparation before starting

1, all systems of the generator has been checked. Grounding is good.

2, according to the provisions of the fire extinguishers, yellow sand firefighting equipment.

3, the generator room other civil construction, fire and other work all completed. No fire, cutting and other operations.

4, after the completion of the above work, return to the management company, the supervisory company, to be approved after refilling diesel fuel.

Third, the diesel generator set electrical commissioning program

1, the generator body commissioning

Measured with 10,000V megohm meter insulation resistance should be greater than 0.5M.

Measured DC resistance converted to the generator factory test at the same temperature resistance error should be less than 0.5M. Under the resistance error should be less than 2%.

2, the generator protection circuit of the whole test

Fourth, the generator put into operation before the test

Fifth, the unit commissioning debugging.

1, the unit no-load operation: start the diesel generator manually with the unit's starting device without load test drive, check the unit's rotation and mechanical transmission with or without anomalies, whether the oil supply and oil pressure is normal, whether the cooling water temperature is too high, whether the speed of the automatic and manual control to meet the requirements. If problems are found, solve them in time.

2, diesel generator no load test qualified, and then check the temperature rise of the body and bearings; only the unit no-load test qualified, can be tested with load.

3, testing the unit's protection performance: the use of instruments were simulated to send out low oil pressure, high cooling water temperature, overvoltage, and other signals, the unit should immediately start the protection function, and alarm.

4, the use of phase sequence table on the utility and generator power to verify the phase sequence should be the same.

5, the unit with load test: the unit at the rated speed of power generation, check the unit with load operation of the main indicators. Respectively in the 25% load operation for 1 hour, 50% load operation for 1 hour, 75% load operation for 2 hours and 100% load operation for 0.5 hours, the test results should be consistent with the unit design requirements.

6, unit full-load test: full-load condition of the unit's performance tests, according to the requirements of the completion of the unit's full-load running time.

7, and the system's linkage debugging: artificially cut off the utility power supply, the main unit should be able to automatically start and supply power to the load within the time required by the design. Restore utility power, the unit automatically shut down.

8, test run acceptance: the switchgear on the receiving side, automatic or manual and protection devices, etc., after passing the test, according to the design of the standby power supply using the distribution program, the load test, the unit and the electrical device to run continuously without failures. Only then can the handover acceptance.
