Luan Vocational and Technical College, a public college located in Changzhi City, Shanxi Province, is a higher vocational school sponsored by Lu'an Group, formerly known as Lu'an Mining Bureau Staff University, founded in 1958.
In March 2004, approved by the Shanxi Provincial People's Government and recorded by the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China, it was renamed from Shanxi Coal Workers' Joint University Lu'an to Lu'an Vocational College of Technology.In 2019, it became the first batch of pilot units of modern apprenticeship system of the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China.
