Third, the foreign trade personnel and domestic sales personnel. Due to some products, domestic and foreign demand and seasonal is different, and payment methods are different, some times the profits of domestic sales is better, then it should be less orders; and vice versa. This will strengthen the cooperation between domestic and foreign trade, from the overall interests of the parent company to consider cooperation.
Fourth, foreign trade personnel often contact with the boss. Because the foreign sales staff is the first contact with the company's products and orders, more understanding of the international market in the market situation of the product, the position, and the development of competitors in the same industry (including the trend of newly developed products, the status of new machines, and the product of the upstream and downstream changes and combinations of the international market in the future direction of the price, etc.).
