Processing Methods

7)Array molding: processing of multiple identical or different workpieces on a large plate processing mode.

Precautions for use

Before the press works

Working

(1) should be timed with a manual lubricating oil pump to the lubrication point of the lubricating oil pressure

(2) press performance is not familiar with the press, do not adjust the press without authorization

(3) absolutely prohibit the simultaneous punching and cutting of two layers of sheet metal

(4) found that the work is not normal should be stopped immediately and the work is not normal. normal should immediately stop working and check in time.

After work

(1) Disengage the flywheel and clutch, cut off the power supply, and release the remaining air

(2) Wipe the press clean, and apply anti-rust oil to the working table surface

(3) Make a good record after each operation or maintenance.
