High-pressure discharge ozone sterilizer is divided into the following types:
1)According to the generator of high-voltage electric frequency, there are three kinds of industrial frequency (50-60Hz), intermediate frequency (400-1000Hz) and high-frequency (>1000Hz). Industrial frequency generator due to large size, power consumption and other shortcomings, has basically withdrawn from the market. Medium and high-frequency generator has a small size, low power consumption, ozone production and other advantages, is now the most commonly used products.
2)According to the use of gas raw materials, there are two types of oxygen type and air type. Oxygen type is usually supplied by the oxygen cylinder or oxygen generator. Air type usually uses clean and dry compressed air as raw material. Since ozone is produced by oxygen, and the content of oxygen in air is only 21%, the ozone concentration produced by air-type generators is relatively low, while the purity of oxygen from bottles or oxygen generators is above 90%, so the ozone concentration of oxygen-type generators is higher.
3)According to the cooling method, there are water-cooled and air-cooled type. Ozone sterilizer work will produce a lot of heat, need to be cooled, otherwise the ozone will be due to high temperature and decomposition while generating. Water-cooled generator cooling effect is good, stable, no ozone attenuation, and can work continuously for a long time, but the structure is complex, the cost is slightly higher. Air-cooled cooling effect is not ideal, ozone attenuation is obvious. Overall stable performance of high-performance ozone sterilizers are usually water-cooled. Air-cooled is generally used only for low and medium grade ozone sterilizers with small ozone production. When choosing a generator, you should try to use the water-cooled type.

5) According to the ozone sterilizer structure, there are gap discharge (DBD) and open two kinds. Gap discharge type structure is characterized by ozone in the gap between the inner and outer electrode zone to produce ozone, ozone can be collected centrally to output the use of its higher concentration, such as for water treatment. The electrode of the open type generator is exposed in the air, the ozone produced is directly diffused into the air, because of the lower concentration of ozone is usually only used for air sterilization of small spaces or surface disinfection of some small items. Gap discharge generators can be used instead of open generators. However, the cost of gap discharge ozone sterilizer is much higher than the open type.
