In modern medicine, clinical testing is an important content, which can be used for diagnosis and treatment of disease, monitoring, prognosis assessment to provide an accurate reference basis, along with the excellent development of medical science and technology achievements, the medical testing technology is also developed continuously, and the accuracy of the test results. With the excellent development achievements in medical science and technology, medical testing technology is also developed continuously, and the accuracy of the test results is the key to guarantee the effective diagnosis and control of diseases, directly related to the quality of medical care, so pay attention to the quality control of medical testing is of great significance to improve the therapeutic effect and improve the relationship between doctors and patients [1]. The survey selected clinical test patients, randomized groups, to strengthen quality control management and routine management of the effectiveness of the comparison, now summarize the results as follows.

1 Data and Methods

1.1 General Information

200 cases of clinical test patients admitted to our hospital from May 2013 to May 2015, 104 men and 96 women, respectively, chemical tests, microbiological tests, immunological tests, hematology tests and so on. Randomly divided into the observation group and the control group of 100 cases each, the general conditions between the two groups are not significantly different (P>0.05), comparable.

1.2 Methods

The control group in the test process application of conventional management program, the observation group to pay attention to the existence of problems, the development of targeted solutions to countermeasures and implementation, the specific operational steps are as follows:

1.2.1 Quality control issues:

(1) specimen collection: the subject's diet, exercise, the use of medication can be affected on the results of the test, at the same time, the geographical location of the patient, the movement, the use of medication can be used for the test results. At the same time, the patient's geographic location, age, gender, ethnicity can also affect the test results. When collecting the specimen, the patient should be asked to stop using the medication and collect the specimen under quiet or normal activities. However, hemolysis of the specimen may occur if the procedure is not performed properly, such as injecting blood directly into the test tube after completing venous blood collection without removing the needle. Blood collection from an arm vessel that is being transfused will dilute the blood specimen.

(2) test and inspection equipment: improper maintenance of instruments, instrument aging, can make the sensitivity of the test is affected, the accuracy of the problem; due to the limited level of inspection personnel, or do not grasp the function of the instrument, the standard operation, precautions, triggered by the test process problems; such as reagent replacement, the relevant instrument parameters have not changed, the standardization of preservation of samples of the awareness is not strong, to induce the results of the test. Operational errors, prompting large errors in the test results. The reagents applied, not set according to the standard requirements, there are error events.

(3) man-made problems: medical technology has developed rapidly in recent years, the test instrument is increasingly high-end, there is a higher degree of automation, but still need to come to the completion of the operation. Therefore, the test test, the test personnel operating error is one of the main reasons for the results of the error. Personnel operating errors mainly include: sample exposure time is too long, operating habits are not standardized, sample detection peak area integral there are customary differences and insufficient attention to the results of the test, etc., can be triggered by the occurrence of adverse events.

(4) inter-laboratory quality assessment and indoor quality control: indoor quality control that is, indoor quality control, pay attention to the development of indoor quality control is to monitor the instrumentation, testing methods, operating environment, process, reagents and other important initiatives for stability testing, but also to ensure that the acquisition of the correct test results of the wind vane. Inter-laboratory quality assessment for the inter-room quality assessment, strengthen the inter-room quality assessment, can be the accuracy of test results and credibility assessment, to ensure that the results are consistent with other units or comparable.

(5) test analysis after the problem: medical testing, the results of the review and audit for the last line of defense to protect the quality of the test personnel are usually overly dependent on advanced instrumentation, prone to error reports, such as fully automated hematology analyzers detected anomalous results, not according to the manual rules of the review, the issuance of erroneous reports and so on.

1.2.2 Countermeasures Analysis:

(1) pre-test quality control: ① to ensure the quality of the specimen: before the collection of samples, pay attention to the application of the concept of humane care, and patients and their families to actively communicate with the explanation of their condition, emotions, physiological changes in the understanding of the purpose of the required examination items, the significance of the sampling and self-sample precautions, the impact of the examination of factors to improve cooperation, compliance, calm and quiet state of mind, to improve the quality of the test, and the quality of the test. Compliance, in a calm, quiet state to complete the collection, to ensure the authenticity of the sample, qualified, to avoid the resulting error events. ② sample qualified: strict implementation of the three check seven collection, confirmation and verification of patient information, specimen collection, time, site, position, sampling method, the number of strict requirements. Such as the collection of blood samples, usually within 16h fasting, before 9:00 am, the patient to remain calm, quiet and normal state. Urine specimen collection, patients need to eat and drink regularly, avoid sex, sports, drinking alcohol, female collection after menstruation, need to pay attention to clean the urethral orifice, external genitalia and the surrounding skin clean, in order to avoid being contaminated by menstrual blood, vaginal secretions. Once the sample is collected, it is a real effect, and needs to be sent to the test in time, if it does not have the conditions for timely delivery, it needs to be stored correctly to prevent deterioration or denaturation, which will have an impact on the test results[2].

(2) quality control in the test: ① Instrument maintenance: the normal operation of the instrument in the test process is of great significance, the inspectors need to do a good job of maintenance and maintenance, regular performance evaluation and calibration, to ensure stable performance and normal operation, once the problem occurs, the need to notify the supplier in a timely manner, replacement or repair. At the same time, the training of medical and technical personnel in the Department of Laboratory, to prevent human error. ② need to ensure that the test reagents qualified, the reagent preservation environment, the time limit of strict management, before the launch of the shelf life and production date of the need to pay attention to prevent the reagent failure or deterioration induced by the results of the error. Establishment of storage and use of reagents system to ensure the effectiveness and safety, improve the accuracy of test results. ③ Improve the comprehensive quality of testing personnel: modern instruments are refined operation, testing personnel need to have theoretical knowledge and operational skills. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the technical operation of training and business learning, skillful mastery of the instrument operating procedures, detection principles, interfering factors, test results of graphics, data, the meaning of the alarm and how to maintain, maintenance and debugging, to master the performance evaluation and calibration standards, to prevent operational errors. At the same time, to have a strong sense of responsibility and love, combined with their own technical skills, in response to the patient's questions, reasonable explanations, take the initiative to communicate with other departments to understand the patient's condition, and combined with clinical symptoms, the results of the results of whether the accuracy of the assessment, in order to improve their own testing capabilities.

(4) actively carry out indoor quality control, inter-room quality assessment management: before testing the specimen, calibrate the instrument, line indoor quality control, the instrumentation and equipment testing parameters and performance testing, the normal state, before the specimen can be detected. If out of control, need to record, and analyze the reasons, and actively correct, and then test. Pay attention to the precision of quality control products. Emphasis on inter-room quality assessment to ensure that the test results and other units have consistency and comparability.

1.3 Statistical analysis

The data involved in the paper were analyzed using SPSS13.0 statistical software, the count data line χ2 test, P<0.05 difference is statistically significant.

2 results

The accuracy rate of the observation group selected specimen test patients was 98%, significantly higher than the control group's 85%, the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05). The clinical test satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 98%, significantly higher than 86% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).

3 Discussion

Medical testing plays a significant role in modern medicine, is a comprehensive discipline, and its quality management directly affects the overall level of medical care [3]. The problems that cause errors in test results are many, and need to be analyzed comprehensively, and actively prevent and control the problems in order to reduce the failure rate of specimen testing. In this survey, the observation group for the pre-test specimen collection, testing process deficiencies and personnel, instrumentation, reagents and other factors cause problems to explore, and develop targeted prevention and control measures, such as focusing on the collection of specimens before communication with patients, strengthen the instrumentation, equipment maintenance and testing, pay attention to the comprehensive qualities of the test personnel to be cultivated, and actively carry out the indoor quality control and inter-room quality assessment to reduce the failure rate of the test and improve patient satisfaction. It is of great significance to reduce the test failure rate and improve patient satisfaction [4]. The results confirm that the observation group is significantly better than the control group. In summary, for the laboratory quality management problems, the development of targeted countermeasures, including specimen collection, testing equipment and reagents, testing personnel and other aspects of management, can improve the quality of testing.

Professional identity is the learner's understanding of the professionalism of the study on the basis of the emotional acceptance and recognition, and accompanied by a positive outward behavior and inner sense of appropriateness, is a kind of emotions, attitudes and even the process of cognitive transfer [1], professional cognition is both the basis for the formation of positive professional emotions and the necessary conditions for the activation of students' learning activities [2]. Under the undergraduate talent cultivation mode that focuses on professional education, the level of professional identity of college students in China has an important impact on their learning [3]. At present, the domestic universities and colleges of medical specialties for college students in the professional identity of the situation and the factors affecting the conduct of many studies, including clinical and nursing specialties most, medical testing profession is relatively less, and the private colleges and universities of medical testing professional cognitive survey is very little. And medical testing professional identity as an important component of professional attitudes, not only requires that the test students should have the test of the corresponding disciplinary knowledge, or test students on the test professional set the purpose, meaning and role of the views and awareness of the test work and understanding and beliefs, is directly related to China's high-quality, high-level testing talent team training. Understanding the professional identity of new students will help test educators to identify problems in the process of professional education, so as to stabilize the testing technology team and promote the development of the medical testing profession. This paper investigates the basic situation of undergraduates enrolled in medical testing at Changsha Medical College to understand the current situation of professional identity and analyze its influencing factors, which will provide a basis for educators to optimize the construction of professional curriculum and teaching practice, carry out professional cognitive education, and improve the quality of training.

1 Data and Methods

1.1 Survey Objects

Taking 120 undergraduate students of Changsha Medical College in the class of 2015 majoring in medical testing as the survey object, the questionnaire survey was conducted on each individual by adopting the way of whole group abstraction. Issued and recovered 120 questionnaires, 116 valid questionnaires after finishing, the effective recovery rate of 96.7%, of which 31 are male and 85 are female. The questionnaire was distributed by the investigator using a collective approach, and the respondents completed the questionnaire on the spot and recovered.

1.2 Survey content and evaluation method

The self-developed "Medical Laboratory Students' Professional Identity Questionnaire" was used for the survey. The re-test reliability of the questionnaire is more than 0.7, and the content validity index is 0.856. The content of the survey includes students' basic situation, professional awareness, professional emotions, professional will, professional skills, professional expectations and professional values, etc. It adopts the Likert-5 scoring system, with five grades: very inconsistent (very dissatisfied) is 1 point, inconsistent (dissatisfied) is 2 points, indeterminate (general) is 3 points, consistent (satisfied) is 3 points, and consistent (satisfied) is 1 point. 3 points, Conformity (Satisfactory) is 4 points, and Very Conformity (Very Satisfactory) is 5 points. The total score is 125 points, with a score of 25~<50 for disagreement, 50~<100 for general agreement, and 100~<125 for high agreement [4].

1.3 Statistical treatment

SPSS18.0 statistical software was applied to analyze the data, and the measurement information was expressed as x±s, using t-test, and one-way ANOVA was used for multi-group comparisons, and the counting information was expressed as frequency or rate, using the χ2 test, and P<0.05 was taken as the difference was statistically significant.

2 Results

2.1 Overall status of professional identity of medical laboratory students

The professional identity score was (90.800±10.209), and the professional identity was average. Most of the students' professional identity is in general identity (50~<100 points) accounted for 83.6%, of which the professional identity is in a high degree of identity (100~<125 points) accounted for 16.4%, and there is no disapproval of students.

2.2 The basic situation

Medical testing freshmen aged 17~21 years old, mostly female, 85 (73.3%), male 31 (26.7%), female professional identity is greater than the male professional identity; student source and family economic situation, the account in the rural area of 64 people (55.2%) is slightly higher than the account in the town of 52 people ( 44.8%), families with a monthly income of less than 2,000 yuan accounted for 54.3%, most of the students' families have a lower economic income and the burden may be larger, and students with a monthly income of less than 1,000 yuan have the highest score of professional identity. In terms of admission methods, the first volunteer admitted more 78 students (67.2%), followed by the second volunteer admitted students (12.9%), and the professional identity score of the first volunteer [(91.560 ± 9.685) points] is greater than that of the second volunteer [(89.930 ± 13.079) points], greater than that of the third volunteer [(89.250 ± 9.574) points] is greater than that of other methods [(88.880±12.722) points]; the number of class cadres in school accounted for 40.5%, ordinary students accounted for 59.5%, class cadres and ordinary students professional identity score is close to; the main reason for attending the largest number of students to listen to the views of their parents, accounting for 38.8%, followed by a good job accounted for 25.8%, and only 19.0% is due to their own preferences and attend.

2.3 Differences in professional identity in different reasons for studying

The total score of professional identity is higher than that of parents' opinion, looking for a job and other reasons, and the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05). And the students who enrolled in this major because of their own liking scored higher than the other three groups in the five dimensions of professional awareness, professional emotions, professional will, professional values, professional skills, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) when compared with the other three groups in the dimensions of professional will, professional values and professional skills.

3 Discussion

3.1 Analysis of the results of professional identity

The results of this survey show that the professional identity of the freshmen of the medical testing profession in private institutions is generally higher than the professional identity of the higher vocational medical testing technology students in Langfang Health Vocational College investigated by Ma Jie et al [5], and is relatively close to the professional identity of the freshmen of the nursing undergraduate nursing students in Inner Mongolia region investigated by Kang Xiaoling et al [6], the reasons for which may be related to the student source of private schools. The results of the basic situation survey showed that the impact of household location, admission method, and the situation of holding a position in school on the professional identity score was not obvious, and the gender, family income and the reason for enrolling in the program had a greater impact on the professional identity. The total score of male students' professional identity is lower than that of female students, which is partially consistent with the findings of ___Hong [7], Hu Zhonghua [4], and Peng Yanhong [8] on the professional identity of college students. It may be affected by the traditional gender culture on professional identity [9], such as kindergarten teachers, nursing and social work and other service majors, men's professional identity is significantly lower than that of women. In terms of student source and family economic situation, there are still more students with rural household accounts, accounting for 55.2%, slightly higher than those with urban household accounts, and 54.3% of the families with a monthly family income of less than 2,000 yuan, which indicates that most of the new students of the class of 2015 have a lower family economic income, and the burden is still larger. And the results of this survey show that students with a monthly family income of less than 1,000 yuan have the highest score of professional identity, probably students from rural areas with lower family income cherish the opportunity to enroll in school more, are more in love with their majors, and have a more mature understanding of learning and life than other students, so their professional identity is higher than that of students from other family income groups. The reasons for new students to major in their majors are that they like their majors more than their parents' opinions, more than finding a job, and more than other reasons. Although only 19.0% of the students enrolled in this major because of their own preference, their scores in professional awareness, professional emotion, professional will, professional values and professional skills are higher than those of the other three groups, so the reason for enrollment is the most important factor affecting freshmen's professional identity. Individual preferences will directly affect the knowledge and understanding of the profession studied, this survey, they like to study the profession of the students (19.0%) for their own pride in their profession, the heart has fully accepted the test profession, will be positive and optimistic to face and solve the problems of professional learning, often focus on the test dynamics, that when the inspector to be able to realize the value of life. Another 64.6% of students are due to parental opinion or good job and choose this profession, most likely this part of the students from rural areas or low-income families, students and parents in the choice of profession is more to consider the ease of employment and the future can provide medical care to their families, very few families will be based on the child's preferences and choose a profession, resulting in a lack of understanding of the profession of the majority of students, blindly choose to lead to the professional The result is that most students lack an understanding of the specialty and choose blindly, leading to a lower sense of identity.

3.2 Countermeasures to improve the professional identity of medical laboratory technology freshmen

Freshmen just stepped into the university door, in the establishment of professional thinking and professional emotions of the special stage, the degree of its professional knowledge directly affects the next four years of college learning, so how to improve college students' professional awareness, establish a professional mindset, planning a career, and cultivate professional competence is very important. Therefore, the survey on the status quo of professional identity carried out for college freshmen majoring in medical testing, summarizing the countermeasures to enhance college students' professional cognition education, will help educational management and educators to better provide students with professional guidance, day-to-day management and quality services.

3.2.1 Actively carry out professional cognition of practical education activities, broaden the professional cognitive pathway

Professional cognitive education has become the first class of new students into the school, it is recommended that the professional cognitive education into the whole process of students in the school period of professional learning, but also combined with the actual situation of the university faculty professional and professional characteristics of their own, to carry out targeted, diverse professional cognitive education activities, employing professional cognitive education lecturers. Activities, professional cognitive education lecturers or with senior academic attainments of professors, experts, discipline directors, deans of colleges, etc., the authoritative interpretation of the profession, a comprehensive analysis of employment, so that new students to form a preliminary understanding of the profession studied, and gradually clarify the role of the inspection staff in the hospital work and the importance of the inspection work and the significance of the work; but also through a variety of forms of lectures or excellent student

3.2.2 Counselors and course teachers take a two-pronged approach to professional cognition education

"Strengthening the ideals and beliefs of college students' education, including professional cognition and life career planning" is the responsibility of ideological and political counselors as stipulated by the Central Committee and State Council of the People's Republic of China [10]. College counselors can use talks and surveys to gain an in-depth understanding of each college freshman's reasons for filling out volunteers, the purpose of studying majors, the cognition of the self, and the expectation of engaging in a career, etc., and then formulate a targeted professional cognition education plan and career planning in combination with the individual characteristics of the freshmen, so as to reduce the freshmen's professional confusions, and to help the freshmen adapt to the college life and study as soon as possible. Teachers of the courses effectively improve their knowledge and professionalism, integrate the content of professional cognition education into the teaching content of the courses, especially in the teaching process of experimental courses, objectively evaluate the current situation of the testing profession and the direction of development, and combine the courses taught with multi-faceted, multi-angle elaboration of professional learning content, methods, discipline system and values, systematically guide the new students to form a good professional thinking and professional emotions, and focus on the development of professional skills. Cultivate students' professional skills. Through counselors and course teachers hand in hand to grasp *** management, student-centered, in the professional cognition to practice, in practice to cognition, to improve the students' sense of professional identity, *** with the discussion and improve the quality of medical testing professional training.

In short, Changsha Medical College medical testing undergraduate freshmen's professional identity is at the general level, there is still a lot of room for development and improvement. In view of the importance of professional cognition for college students, educators need to establish a dynamic development concept of professional cognitive ability, further strengthen the professional cognitive education of college students, and effectively cultivate the sense of professional identity of college freshmen to improve the motivation and adaptability of professional learning, which in turn ensures the healthy development of medical testing education.
