The college covers an area of 287.95 mu, with a school building area of nearly 654.38+10,000 square meters. The total value of existing teaching instruments and equipment is more than 40,000 yuan/kloc-0, and the library has more than 370,000 books/kloc-0. The college has more than 260 full-time and part-time teachers, more than 50 "double-qualified" teachers/kloc-0, more than 40 professional and technical personnel above professors and associate professors, and more than 80 teachers with master's degree or above, including 6 doctors. The college has hired a large number of experts with rich industry experience and high practical skills as part-time teachers. It has outstanding teachers represented by members of the humanistic nursing professional committee of China Life Care Association, the junior college education branch of China Geriatrics Association, the second nursing professional committee of Chongqing Nursing Association, the nutrition nursing professional committee of Chongqing Health Promotion and Health Education, and the third nursing management professional committee of Chongqing Hospital Association, experts in formulating national nursing standards for the elderly, top ten all-around school doctors in Chongqing, and the May 1st Labor Medal in Chongqing. The college served as the editor-in-chief of national textbooks for 6 times, the deputy editor-in-chief for 7 times and the editorial board for 16 times. Twenty-four scientific research and teaching projects at all levels have been established, including the research project of higher education teaching reform of the Municipal Education Commission 13, two pilot projects of deepening comprehensive reform in the field of education, four research projects of humanities and social sciences of the Municipal Education Commission, four research projects of science and technology of the Municipal Education Commission and the teaching research project of Chongqing Pharmaceutical Vocational Education Group 1. College was established with the approval of Chongqing Municipal People's Government in March, 20 16, and started enrolling students in the same year. At present, there are six majors in nursing, midwifery, rehabilitation treatment technology, elderly health care and management, community rehabilitation and traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation technology, and enrollment is in Chongqing, Sichuan, Yunnan, Guizhou and other provinces and cities. At present, the total number of students is 3887. The passing rate of the first nursing postgraduate examination was 97.8%, and the results were gratifying.
The college has basic nursing training room, health assessment training room, ICU simulation ward, nursing training room, midwifery training room, human morphology training room, human function laboratory and other on-campus training rooms. As an internship training base of Chongqing Medical University, the Qinggang Elderly Care Center of the First Affiliated Hospital has an elderly training room and a rehabilitation training room. The college attaches great importance to the cooperation between schools and enterprises, and actively promotes the integration of production and education. Through investigation and selection, it has signed 40 secondary hospitals and pension institutions as student practice bases, which provides a strong guarantee for students' practice and training.

In the past three years, we have carried out two social trainings for docking industries (industries), six free clinics and more than 10 health education sessions, serving nearly 2,000 people.
