1. Arrival inspection

1. The arrival of oxygen, propane and carbon dioxide shall be inspected and accepted by the warehouse staff. Acceptance must be carried out according to the ordering contract standards.

2. Inspection personnel shall inspect each bottle of gas in accordance with the inspection standards and make acceptance records.

3. The pressure of the oxygen cylinder shall not be less than 12MPa, and the net weight of propane shall not be less than 10kg/bottle. Carbon dioxide should not be less than 12kg/bottle, and each liquid oxygen bottle should not be less than 195L/bottle.

4. After the inspection personnel conduct the inspection in accordance with the inspection regulations, they will fill in the supplier, material name, specification model, quantity, acceptance date, inspection personnel, etc. into the material arrival quality acceptance record book.

5. After the material inspection confirms that the quality and quantity are correct, the quality inspector fills in the inspection record, and the warehouse clerk handles the warehousing procedures. The arrival note must be signed by both parties. Neither party is allowed to sign without seeing the physical object.

6. For unqualified products in quality inspection, the procurement planner must be promptly notified to return the goods and claim for compensation in accordance with the contract provisions, and the delivery quality and quality inspection processing conditions must be registered in the supplier's delivery quality registration card. As a basis for supplier assessment.

7. The color of the outer surface of the gas cylinder and the color ring of the words must comply with the provisions of GB7144 "Gas Cylinder Color Marking", and the property rights unit and filling unit must be clearly marked on the bottle body. The body of the oxygen cylinder is painted light blue with black markings; the body of the propane cylinder is painted white with red markings, and the body of the carbon dioxide bottle is marked gray.

8. Oxygen, propane, and carbon dioxide must be inspected and accepted on the same day after they arrive. If there are any problems with quality, purchase channels, or prices, the supplier must be notified in time to handle the return procedure, and they must not be left in the warehouse.

9. The warehouse clerk is responsible for collecting, sorting, and archiving documents proving the quality of incoming materials.

10. A responsibility investigation system will be implemented for the arrival and acceptance of materials, and those who cause economic losses to the enterprise due to dereliction of duty or fraud will bear corresponding responsibilities.

2. Transportation, loading and unloading

1. You must wear bottle caps (except for gas bottles with protective covers) and anti-shock rings (except for containerized gas bottles), and load and unload with care , it is strictly prohibited to throw or slide;

2. Gas cylinders that may cause combustion, explosion, or poisonous substances when in contact with each other shall not be transported in the same vehicle (compartment); flammable, explosive, corrosive items or Items that react chemically with the gas in the bottle must not be transported together with the gas cylinder;

3. Summer transportation should have shading facilities to avoid exposure to the sun.

4. When transporting flammable gas cylinders, fireworks are strictly prohibited. Fire extinguishing equipment should be provided on the transportation vehicle;

5. Strictly abide by the regulations on the transportation of dangerous goods.

3. Storage

1. It should be stored in a special warehouse, and the gas cylinder warehouse should comply with the relevant provisions of the "Building Design Fire Protection Code";

2. There are no trenches or secret passages in the warehouse, and open flames and other heat sources are strictly prohibited. The warehouse should be ventilated, dry, and protected from direct sunlight;

3. Empty bottles and full bottles should be placed separately and clearly marked. Cylinders that can cause combustion, explosion, or poisonous substances when in contact with the gas inside the bottle should be stored in separate rooms, and anti-gas equipment or fire-extinguishing equipment should be installed nearby;

4. Cylinders should be placed neatly and worn Nice bottle cap. When placing it vertically, it must be properly fixed; when placing it horizontally, the head should face the same direction.

IV. Use

1. Before using the gas cylinder, the safety status should be checked and the gas contained should be confirmed. Gas cylinders that do not meet the safety technical requirements are strictly prohibited from storage and use; use Gas cylinders must be used in strict accordance with the requirements of the instruction manual;

2. The gas cylinder should be placed away from heat sources and open flames, and the cylinder body should be kept dry. Gas bottles containing gases that are prone to polymerization or decomposition reactions should be kept away from radioactive sources. No more than four gas bottles in use should be stored in the same location.

3. When the gas cylinder is placed upright, measures should be taken to prevent it from dumping;

4. Exposure to the sun in summer should be prevented;

5. Knocking and collision are strictly prohibited ;

6. It is strictly prohibited to conduct electronic arc welding on gas cylinders;

7. It is strictly prohibited to use heat sources with temperatures exceeding 40°C to heat gas cylinders;

8. The gas in the bottle must not be exhausted, and there must be residual pressure or weight. The residual pressure of permanent gas cylinders should not be less than 0.05Mpa; the liquefied gas cylinder should have no less than 0.5% to 1.0% of the specified filling capacity. Remaining gas;

9. It is strictly prohibited to change the steel seal and color mark of the gas cylinder without authorization.

10. Direct pouring from bottle to bottle is strictly prohibited.

5. Accident handling: When an accident occurs with a gas cylinder, the accident must be handled promptly in accordance with the accident handling regulations for boilers, pressure vessels, pressure pipes and special equipment.
