1. Set the circular layer as the current layer and draw a graph inside the block. You can simply draw a rectangle and a circle and use the default setting for all properties: ByLayer.
2. Select the graphic you just drew, enter the shortcut key of the BLOCK command, and press enter to open the dialog box for creating a block.
3. After the page is shown below, enter TEST as the name of the block in the name text box in the upper left corner.
4. Then click the "Pick Point" button to capture the lower left corner of the rectangle as the base point of the block.
5. For other options, use the default options for the time being, and then click OK to finish creating the block. Click the selected created block and observe the created block.
6. Enter I, press Enter, select the newly created block named TEST, and then click OK to determine the position of the block on the drawing.
7. It can be seen that the base point of the block is at the cursor position, and the position of the block can be easily located through the cursor.
