Cleaning and rinsing: ① Manual cleaning: Use enzyme-containing cleaners or other special cleaners to clean the surface of the mobile phone and rinse the inner cavity under the liquid surface, and rinse the surface and inner cavity of the mobile phone with pure water under running water
② Fully automatic cleaning machine cleaning: Check the machine performance, cleaning enzyme, and polishing agent to see if they are sufficient, securely install the mobile phone on a dedicated cleaning rack, and automatically complete the entire process of cleaning, rinsing, and disinfection
Drying: ① Manual Cleaning: Use a special high-pressure air gun to blow dry the inner cavity and surface of the mobile phone
②Cleaning with a fully automatic cleaning machine: automatic drying
Maintenance: Check the cleanliness of the mobile phone and choose one with an air pump Complete the oiling maintenance procedure with the mobile phone oiling machine or wipe off the excess maintenance oil by manual oiling
Packaging: Use paper-plastic bags for packaging, sealing or packaging materials that meet the specifications, and mark the disinfection date and expiration date
Monitoring: sterilization by pre-vacuum pressure steam sterilization is preferred, or exposed sterilization by cassette sterilizer
Check that the sterilization monitoring indicators are qualified and issue them
(2) Note Matters:
1. When recycling mobile phones, equal amounts of used mobile phones and sterilized mobile phones are exchanged to facilitate the management of mobile phones.
2． During operations such as collecting mobile phones, be careful when handling them to avoid collisions and falling to the ground.
3. When recycling mobile phones, pay attention to moisturizing and transporting them in an airtight container.
4． When cleaning with a fully automatic cleaning machine, be sure to use a foam-free multi-enzyme cleaning solution.
5. For oiling, a mobile phone oiling machine with an air pump is preferred for oiling and maintenance, especially for hand-cleaned mobile phones. Since the air pressure of the oil injection machine with an air pump is relatively large, the oil injection goes through three procedures: blowing out the oil injection bucket and blowing out the leaves. The oil is evenly injected and excess oil can be automatically discarded.
6. Pay attention to standard precautions during the operation process, especially during the oil filling and packaging processes, to avoid secondary contamination of the mobile phone after cleaning, disinfection, and drying. 7. They cannot be stacked during sterilization loading. They should be in an upright position when packaging. There should be gaps between packages to prevent overloading and "small loading effect". 8． Mobile phones sterilized by the exposed sterilization method should be stored in sterile containers for later use. Once opened, it is valid for no more than 4 hours. 9. The sterilization temperature shall not exceed 136°C and the sterilization time shall not exceed 4 minutes.
