In addition to the requirements of secondary hospitals, the pathology department of tertiary hospitals should also set up a frozen section room, a histochemical staining room, a molecular pathology room, a consultation room, a computer management room, a reference room, an academic activity room, and a warehouse. The teaching base should have an independent senior doctoral study studio.
